Good morning.

We're officially in the second half.

Days 1-10 were about building the engine.

You defined your avatar.

You fixed your offer.

You locked in your price.

You decided to be a leader, not an order-taker.

Day 11 is about turning that engine ON.

Today, we're going to do the easiest money-making activity in this entire challenge.

We're not going to hunt for new strangers today.

We're going to wake up the "dead" leads.

🔥 IMPORTANT: LIVE ZOOM CLASS THIS WEDNESDAY 🔥

Before we dive into today's lesson, mark your calendar:

📅 Wednesday, December 17th

11:00 AM Pacific Time

⏱ 60 minutes

Meeting ID: 868 7940 1753 Passcode: 927241

Save this link. Set a reminder. Show up.

This is your chance to get unstuck and finish this challenge strong.

Now, let's get to today's work.

THE LEADS YOU'RE IGNORING

We all have them:

  • People who messaged you 3 months ago and ghosted

  • People who commented "interested" on a post but never booked a call

  • People you had a conversation with, but the timing wasn't right

  • People who said "I need to think about it" and never came back

  • People who liked your Hero's Journey post but never DM'd

Most coaches think these leads are dead.

They're not dead.

They're dormant.

And today, we're going to wake them up.

THE PROBLEM WITH MOST FOLLOW-UPS

Here's what most people do when they follow up:

"Hey! Just checking in. Did you get a chance to think about what we talked about? Let me know if you have any questions!"

That's weak.

It screams:

"I'm desperate. Please buy from me."

No one responds to that.

Here's what works instead:

The Spear.

WHAT IS "THE SPEAR"?

The Spear is a short, direct message designed to do one thing:

Get a reply.

Not a sale.

Not a pitch.

Just a reply.

Because once they reply, you can have a conversation.

And conversations lead to calls.

And calls lead to clients.

THE 9-WORD MESSAGE

Here's the exact message:

"Hi [Name], are you still looking for help with [Specific Problem]?"

That's it.

No links.

No long paragraphs.

No "just checking in."

Just a simple, direct question.

Examples:

  • "Hi Sarah, are you still looking to lose that post-pregnancy weight?"

  • "Hi Mike, are you still looking for help with your career transition?"

  • "Hi Jen, are you still looking to fix your sleep schedule?"

    Why This Works:

  1. It requires a Yes or No answer (no thinking required)

  2. It's casual and personal (not salesy)

  3. It shows you remember them (builds rapport)

  4. It re-opens the door without being pushy

WHAT TO DO WHEN THEY REPLY

If they say "No" or "Not right now":

"No worries! If anything changes, let me know."

Cross them off your list.

Move on.

If they say "Yes" or "Maybe" or "I think so":

Reply:

"Got it. I'm working with a small group this month to help [solve specific problem]. Want to jump on a quick 15-minute call to see if it's a fit?"

Then book the call.

If they ghost (don't reply):

That's fine.

They weren't ready.

Move on to the next one.

TODAY'S TASK

PART 1: Find Your Dormant Leads

Open your:

  • Facebook Messenger

  • Instagram DMs

  • LinkedIn messages

  • Email inbox

  • Text messages

Look for people who:

  • Expressed interest but never booked a call

  • Had a call with you but didn't buy

  • Said "I need to think about it" and disappeared

  • Commented on your posts but never DM'd

  • Liked your Hero's Journey post (Day 7) but didn't reach out

Find 5-10 people.

Write their names down.

PART 2: Send The Spear

Message them today:

"Hi [Name], are you still looking for help with [specific problem]?"

Customize it to their situation.

Make it personal.

Make it specific.

PART 3: If You're New and Don't Have Leads Yet

Listen:

If you just started this challenge and you haven't done outreach yet, this day isn't for you.

Your job today is different.

You need to build your pipeline first.

Here's what you do instead:

Send 10 outreach messages today.

Not 5.

10.

Use the Day 3 script:

"Hey [name], quick question, do you know anyone who [describe the problem]? I'm working on something to help [type of person] [solve specific problem], and I'm looking to connect with a few people who might benefit. If anyone comes to mind, I'd love an intro!"

Send to:

  • Friends who know your target audience

  • Connectors (group admins, community leaders)

  • People in adjacent industries

  • Old colleagues

Your goal: Get 5+ responses by tomorrow.

Then you'll have leads to follow up with later.

PART 4: Post in the Group

If you sent Spears:

"Day 11 complete.

Sent [number] Spears to dormant leads.

[Number] replied so far.

Still here. Still moving."

If you're building your pipeline:

"Day 11 complete.

I'm new, so I sent 10 outreach messages today.

Building my pipeline.

Still here. Still moving."

Here's what most people don't understand:

The fortune is in the follow-up.

Most sales don't happen on the first conversation.

They happen on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th touch.

Why?

Because people need time to:

  • Process the decision

  • Check their budget

  • Talk to their spouse

  • Overcome their fear

Your job is to stay in touch without being annoying.

The Spear does that perfectly.

It's short.

It's direct.

It's not pushy.

And it works.

THE MATH OF FOLLOW-UP

If you send 10 Spears today:

  • 3-4 will reply

  • 1-2 will say "Yes, I'm still interested"

  • 1 will book a call

  • That 1 call could close

That's a $1,200-$2,000 client from a 9-word message.

All because you didn't assume the lead was dead.

COMMON MISTAKES (DON'T DO THESE)

Sending a long paragraph

Keep it short. 9-15 words max.

Apologizing for reaching out

"Sorry to bother you..." = weak. Don't apologize.

Pitching in the first message

The goal is a reply, not a sale. Get the reply first.

Getting discouraged if they don't respond

Some won't. That's okay. Move to the next one.

Only following up once

If they don't reply today, follow up again in 3 days with a different angle.

See you tomorrow at 8:00 AM PT.

And on Wednesday at 11:00 AM PT for our live call.

— Indrodip

P.S. Save the Zoom link now. Add it to your calendar. Wednesday, 11:00 AM Pacific. This is where we work through your specific roadblocks live.

P.P.S. If you're nervous about messaging people you haven't talked to in months, remember this: They already know you. They already expressed interest. You're not bothering them—you're giving them another chance to get help.

P.P.P.S. The Spear works because it's casual. Don't overthink it. Don't make it fancy. Just send it.

DO THIS NOW:

  1. Save the Zoom link for Wednesday at 11 AM PT

  2. If you have past leads: Find 5-10 dormant leads and send them the Spear

  3. If you're new: Send 10 outreach messages to build your pipeline

  4. When they reply, move them toward booking a call

  5. Post "Day 11 complete" in the group (with your numbers)

  6. Do your daily anchor behavior

You're 11 days in.

9 days left.

The money is in the follow-up.

Go get it.
