THE PROBLEM

You posted your "Hero's Journey" on Day 7. You got likes. You got comments. You got engagement. Maybe even some DMs.

Good.

But here's what you need to understand: Attention has a half-life. If you don't harness that energy today, it evaporates. And by the weekend, you're back to zero.

Most people don't know what to post next after their big story post. So they go silent. Or they post generic motivational fluff. Or they panic and start copying ChatGPT garbage that sounds like everyone else.

Silence kills the sale. Generic content kills momentum. And right now, you can't afford either.

THE SECRET: THE 5-DAY CONTENT SYSTEM

I usually only teach this in my high-level mentorship. But here's the stripped-down version.

If you want to keep the lead flow running without burning out, you need to stop posting randomly. You need a system.

Here it is:

THE 5 TYPES OF CONTENT THAT ADD AN EXTRA $8K/MONTH

This is not theory. This is what my clients use to generate consistent inbound leads. And it's what I use to fill my own programs.

No more "Copy & Paste ChatGPT content." No more posting whatever feels good that day.

From now on, you rotate through these 5 types of posts:

TYPE 1: "HOW I" CONTENT (NOT "HOW-TO")

What it is: Share your personal journey and transformation. The challenges you've overcome. The goals you've achieved.

Why it works: People don't buy "how-to." They buy "how YOU did it." They want to see themselves in your story.

Example: "How I went from attracting emotionally unavailable partners for 5 years to finding true security in 3 months (and what I had to stop doing)."

TYPE 2: PERSONAL CONTENT (WHO YOU REALLY ARE)

What it is: Content about yourself. Hobbies. Lifestyle. Opinions. Relationships.

Why it works: People don't buy from brands. They buy from humans. When you share who you are beyond your business, you become real. And real sells.

Example: "I spent the morning at the stables with my horse instead of behind my laptop. Here is what riding taught me about 'pressure and release' in business."

TYPE 3: YOUR UNIQUE MECHANISM

What it is: Content showing how your method works. Your unique process. The results you're getting for yourself and your clients.

Why it works: This is what separates you from every other coach in your niche. You're not just "a coach." You have a system.

Example: "Most health coaches try to force you to quit cold turkey. I use the 'Nervous System Safety' method. Here is why my clients taper pain-free while others suffer withdrawal."

TYPE 4: PROBLEM-SOLVING CONTENT

What it is: Give tips, strategies, tutorials. Actionable content they can use right now.

Why it works: Don't tell people you can help them. Show them. When you give value upfront, they trust you. And trust converts.

Example: "If you wake up every Monday feeling paralyzed by overwhelm, here is the 10-minute 'Energy Audit' I use to get unstuck immediately."

TYPE 5: BELIEF-SHIFTING CONTENT

What it is: Take common objections and destroy them with proof and systems. Show them why their old way of thinking is keeping them stuck.

Why it works: Your dream clients have false beliefs that are blocking them from buying. Your job is to shift those beliefs before they get on a call with you.

Example: "You think you need to be 'healed' before you can find love. That's a lie. Here's proof from my client Sarah, who met her partner while she was still doing the messy work."

HOW TO USE THIS SYSTEM

Here's what you do: Rotate through these 5 types of content over the next 5 days.

  • Day 12 (Today): Post TYPE 1 ("How I" content)

  • Day 13: Post TYPE 2 (Personal content)

  • Day 14: Post TYPE 3 (Your unique mechanism)

  • Day 15: Post TYPE 4 (Problem-solving content)

  • Day 16: Post TYPE 5 (Belief-shifting content)

Then repeat.

That's it. You'll never run out of content ideas again.

And more importantly: You'll never post generic fluff again. Every post has a purpose. Every post moves people closer to DMing you or booking a call.

WHY THIS WORKS

When you adapt these 5 types of content to your niche, your experience, and your messaging:

You start attracting "Send me your invoice" dream clients. Not tire-kickers. Not people who need to "think about it."

Dream clients who are sold before they even know your price.

Because you've already:

  1. Shown them you understand their problem (Type 1)

  2. Built trust by being real (Type 2)

  3. Proven you have a system that works (Type 3)

  4. Delivered value upfront (Type 4)

  5. Shifted their limiting beliefs (Type 5)

By the time they DM you, they're ready to buy.

TODAY'S TASK

PART 1: Write Your TYPE 1 Post ("How I" Content) Open your notebook. Write: "Day 12: My 'How I' Post" Now write a post that shares:

  • A specific challenge you overcame

  • What did you try that didn't work

  • What finally worked

  • The result you got

Keep it personal. Keep it real. Make them see themselves in your story.

PART 2: Post It Today. Don't overthink it. Write it. Post it. (Group = no CTA / Your profile = include CTA)

PART 3: Keep Your Outreach Going

  • Send 5 more outreach messages

  • Follow up with anyone who engaged with your last post

  • Reply to any DMs or comments from yesterday

PART 4: Post in the Group "Day 12 complete. Posted my 'How I' content using the 5-Day Content System. Still here. Still moving."
