Day 14: The "Two-Bucket System" (And Why You're Still Not Making Money)

Good morning.

Yesterday's live call was intense.

But they don't always generate immediate action.

Level 2: Hand-Raising Posts

These create instant engagement and DMs.

They force people to raise their hand and say "I need this."

Level 3: Call-to-Action Posts (This is what you're not doing yet)

These directly invite people to book a call or work with you.

Most coaches skip Level 3 because they're afraid of being "too salesy."

That's a mistake.

80% Value + 20% CTA = Money

For every 4 value posts (Types 1-4 from the 5-Day System), you post 1 CTA post.

What's a CTA Post?

A post that directly invites action.

Examples:

CTA Post Example #1:

"I have 3 spots opening up next week for 1:1 coaching.

If you're a new coach who's been stuck at $0-$2K/month and you're ready to fix your offer, your messaging, and your sales process—DM me 'READY.'

First 3 people who are serious get in."

CTA Post Example #2:

"Quick question: How many of you are sitting on an offer you haven't launched yet because you're waiting to 'get it perfect'?

If that's you, I'm doing 3 free offer audits this week.

I'll look at your offer, tell you exactly what's broken, and show you how to fix it.

DM me 'AUDIT' if you want one of the 3 spots."

CTA Post Example #3:

"I just helped a client go from $0 to $3K in 30 days by fixing 3 things in her sales process.

If you're struggling to close sales calls, I can probably help you too.

Comment 'SALES,' and I'll send you a free breakdown of the 3 mistakes most coaches make (and how to fix them)."

See the pattern?

You're giving value.

But you're also creating urgency and scarcity.

And you're making it EASY for people to raise their hand.

Most coaches are afraid to ask.

They post value, value, value.

But they never say:

"I have spots available. DM me if you want in."

That's why they stay broke.

Because people don't read your mind.

If you don't tell them how to work with you, they won't figure it out on their own.

CTA posts solve this.

They tell people:

"I'm open for business. Here's how to get in."

Today, you're posting Type 4 Content from the 5-Day Content System.

Give tips, strategies, and tutorials.

Actionable content they can use right now.

Example:

"If you're getting 'I need to think about it' on every call, here's the one question that turns that around: [insert tip]."

Post it.

(GROUP = no CTA / YOUR PROFILE = include CTA)

Keep your outreach bucket full.

Focus on Connectors today.

People who know 50+ people in your target market.

5 messages minimum.

Anyone who said:

Follow up today.

Tomorrow, you're going to post your first CTA post.

Today, write it in your notebook.

Use one of the examples above as a template.

Make it:

Write it today.

Post it tomorrow.

Sent 5 outreach messages to Connectors.

Followed up with warm leads.

Wrote my first CTA post for tomorrow.
