Good morning.
We need to have a very honest conversation today.
You have the Script (Day 5). You have the Price (Day 8). You have the Leads (Day 3 & 4).
So why haven't some of you made an offer yet?
I see it in the messages: "Indrodip, I know what to say, but I don't have anything to sell yet." "I haven't built my course." "I don't have a curriculum/PDFs/Portal ready."
Stop. You are suffering from the "Product Trap."
You think you need to build the Plane before you sell the Flight. In the coaching world, this is suicide. If you spend 3 months building a course, and then try to sell it, you might find out that nobody wants that specific flight.
Today, I am giving you permission to sell "The Pilot."
PART 1: IF YOU HAVE NOTHING BUILT (The Pilot)
A Pilot (or a "Beta Group") is where you sell the Result, not the Materials. You are not selling 12 modules of pre-recorded video. You are selling YOU.
The Offer is simple: "Work with me for 10 weeks. We will meet once a week. You will have access to me between calls. And we will solve [Problem] together."
Why this is better for YOU:
You get paid to build. You build the program week-by-week with them.
Zero wasted effort. You only create what they actually need.
PART 2: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A COURSE/PROGRAM
Some of you do have a course. Maybe you have videos recorded, worksheets done, or a certification. Do not just "sell the course."
If you just sell a login to a video course, you are competing with Udemy and YouTube. You can only charge $100 for that. But if you wrap your course in "Coaching," you can charge $1,500.
The Shift: Your Course is not the Product. Your Course is the Textbook. You are the Professor.
The Offer: "You get access to my full curriculum (The Course) so you can learn the strategies on your own time. BUT, we also meet weekly so I can help you implement it and get unstuck."
Why this wins: Information is cheap. Implementation is expensive. Sell the Implementation.
HOW TO STRUCTURE THE CONTAINER
Whether you have a course or not, you are selling a Container. Here is the simplest structure to sell today:
1. The Duration: Pick a timeframe. 8 weeks, 10 weeks, or 12 weeks. (Don't overthink it. 90 days is usually the sweet spot for a transformation).
2. The Access: How often do you meet?
Standard: One 60-minute Zoom call per week.
Support: Unlimited text/voice note support (WhatsApp/Voxer) between calls.
3. The Deliverable:
If you have a course: "You watch Module 1 this week, and we discuss it on the call."
If you have NO course: "I diagnose your issue on the call and give you the plan for the next 7 days."
THE PILOT PITCH SCRIPT
When you are on the call (using the Day 5 Framework), and you get to the Offer section, use honesty as a selling point.
Say this:
"So, because I want to make sure you get the exact result we talked about, I’m doing something different right now.
I’m opening a small Pilot Group. It’s not just a generic course where you watch videos and I hope you succeed. It’s high-touch. We will work together personally for 12 weeks.
Because it’s a Pilot, you get way more access to me than my future clients will, and we are going to build the roadmap specifically around your situation.
The investment for the Pilot is [Price]."
See what you just did? You turned "I don't have a course" into "You get premium access." You turned "I have a course" into "You get a hybrid implementation program."
TODAY'S TASK
1. Define Your Container.
How many weeks?
How many calls?
What is the support (WhatsApp/Email)?
Write this down.
2. Stop Building. Close your PowerPoint. Close Canva. Close the course recording software. You are not allowed to build anything until you have sold it. Let the first payment be the signal to start working.
3. Go Sell It. You have leads in your inbox from the last 7 days. Some of them are "thinking about it." Go back to them with the Pilot angle.
Message: "Hey [Name], I was thinking about your specific situation. I’m actually kicking off a small Pilot group to solve [Problem] where I’m working much closer with people than usual. Since you mentioned [Pain Point], I thought you might be a fit. Want to hear the details?"
Post in the Group: "Day 9 complete. My Pilot is ready. I am selling the Result, not the Course."
You don't need to be "Ready." You just need to be helpful.

P.S. The biggest companies in the world sell "Pre-orders." Apple sells iPhones before they ship. Tesla sells Cybertrucks years before they are built. If Elon can do it, you can do it. Sell the vision. Build the solution after they pay.
