First, I need to apologize.

I meant to send this newsletter days ago, but I got hit with a viral fever that knocked me out completely.

I'm back now, and I have something important to share with you.

The calendar just flipped.

Everyone is making resolutions.

"This is the year I finally build my business."

"This is the year I make consistent income."

"This is the year I stop overthinking and start doing."

I've heard it all before.

And honestly?

Most of those resolutions will be dead by February.

Not because people don't want it.

But because they don't understand the one thing that separates people who succeed from people who stay stuck.

Today, I'm going to teach you that one thing.

And if you listen, really listen…this will change your entire 2026.

THE PROBLEM: YOU'RE PLAYING THE WRONG GAME

Most coaches think success looks like this:

  1. Create the perfect offer

  2. Build a beautiful website

  3. Post on social media with 100 and 1000s of likes and comments

  4. Make lots of money

That's not how it works.

Here's the truth:

Your business doesn't grow because of what you create.

Your business grows in direct proportion to the number of conversations you have.

Let me say that again:

Revenue = Conversations.

Not followers.

Not likes.

Not viral posts.

Conversations.

WHY MOST COACHES FAIL

Most coaches spend 90% of their time:

  • Perfecting their offer

  • Designing their Canva graphics

  • Writing the "perfect" post

  • Overthinking their messaging

And they spend 10% of their time:

  • Having real conversations

  • Making real offers

  • Booking real calls

That's backwards.

The coaches making $10K, $20K, $50K+ per month?

They're not the best marketers.

They're the best conversationalists.

They talk to more people.

They ask better questions.

They diagnose problems faster.

They make more offers.

That's it.

THE ONE METRIC THAT MATTERS

If I could only track one number in your business, it would be this:

How many real conversations did you have this week?

No comments.

Not DMs that say "Love this!"

Real conversations.

Where you:

  • Asked questions

  • Diagnosed their problem

  • Understood what they need

  • Offered a solution

That's the only number that matters.

THE MATH IS SIMPLE

Let me show you how this works:

If you have 10 real conversations per week:

  • 5 will go nowhere (not ready, not a fit)

  • 3 will be warm leads (interested but not ready yet)

  • 2 will book calls with you

Out of those 2 calls, 1 becomes a client.

That's 1 client per week.

4 clients per month.

At $1,200 per client = $4,800/month.

At $2,000 per client = $8,000/month.

All from 10 conversations per week.

WHY THIS WORKS

Because business is simple:

Talk to people.

Understand their problem.

Offer a solution.

Close the deal.

That's it.

Everything else is noise.

THE SHIFT YOU NEED TO MAKE

Stop thinking like a content creator.

Start thinking like a conversationalist.

Content attracts people to you.

Conversations convert them.

You need both.

But if you're only creating content and never starting conversations, you're stuck in the attraction phase.

You're visible.

But you're not profitable.

Profit comes from conversations.

THE PROMISE

If you commit to having real conversations in 2026:

I promise you—your business will be completely different by the end of the year.

Not because of some magic tactic.

But because you finally stopped hiding behind content and started having real conversations.

ONE FINAL THOUGHT

I've been coaching for years now.

And I've seen two types of people:

Type 1: The ones who obsess over their branding, their website, their "funnel," their content strategy.

They're always "getting ready."

They're always "perfecting" things.

And they make little to no money.

Type 2: The ones who send messages, start conversations, make offers, and close deals.

They're not perfect.

Their branding isn't "on point."

Their website is basic.

But they make money.

Because they talk to people.

2026 can be different.

But only if you change how you play the game.

Stop waiting for people to come to you.

Go to them.

Have the conversations.

Make the offers.

That's how you win.
